Soirée collects account identifiers from Sign in with Apple, display name, timezone, DND settings, pairing state, device push tokens, subscription status, pings, photos, voice notes, countdowns, reports, blocks, and support messages you send us.

Traffic uses TLS in transit. Data is encrypted at rest by the Cloudflare services we use. Photos and voice notes are stored with random object keys and are delivered only to your currently paired partner through short-lived signed URLs after authorization is checked.

Soirée v1 is not end-to-end encrypted. The service is private and access-controlled, but operators may be able to access content for delivery, abuse handling, legal, and moderation needs.

We do not sell ads, run third-party ad tracking, or leak model names in client-facing data. Soirée is not an AI chat product.

Your own history is retained until you delete your account, subject to product history limits. Reported content is reviewed and taken down within 24 hours when it violates our rules. After a block, partner access is revoked immediately and affected media bytes are purged within 24 hours. Delete-account requests cascade account data and queue media purge within 24 hours, while minimal transaction records may be retained for App Store refund, fraud, and tax obligations.
